Return policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Toys2learn will exchange your purchases subject to the following conditions:

• All returns or exchanges must be made in 14 days from purchase.
• All postage cost in relation to the return or exchange will be at the customers expense.
• All items must be in a sale-able condition for returns or exchange unopened, undamaged and sealed
• All returns and refunds must be accompanied with the original order number and paperwork.
• Refunds are not issued until the item has been received by Toys2Learn and condition of items for resale can be confirmed.
• There will be a $5.00 handling fee to cover the cost of packing. 
• If Afterpay or Zippay was used a 8% refund fee will be applied to cover their charges.
• Returns and exchanges are to be sent to us at Toys2Learn 511 Portrush Road, Glenunga SA Australia 5064
• For all Returns and Exchanges in regards to an NDIS order please refer to the disclaimer on the bottom of our NDIS Page

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Orders can be cancelled provided the following conditions are met:

• If the order has not been sent you can cancel and receive a refund.
• If your order has been sent you will need to follow the returns policy. 
• If your order has been packaged (even if not sent) there will be a $5.00 handling fee to cover packaging
•  If Afterpay or Zippay was used a 8% refund fee will be applied to cover their charges.
• We are not responsible for Australia post. We cannot refund or cancel orders due to any delays or errors made by Australia post.

AUSTRALIA POST RETURN TO SENDER ORDERS. 

Please note all return to sender orders Toys2Learn receives from Australia Post will fall under our Returns and Exchanges Policy. Toys2Learn does not take responsibility for Australia Post in relation to deliveries, attempted deliveries and deliveries held at collection facilities. It is Customers responsibility to ensure correct address and the collection of items held at collection facilities. Customers will be contacted when orders are returned to Toys2Learn and have the option to pay full postage fee for re delivery which will be calculated from our records of total cost from Australia Post.  

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON SALE OR SPECIAL OFFER ITEMS.

Toys2learn reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges if the terms are not met.

EXCHANGING GIFTS

Toys2learn will exchange or provide a store credit for gifts that are unsuitable subject to the following terms.

•Exchange must be within 14 days of the order.

•Toys2learn will credit or exchange to the value of the item.

•With regards to credits these must be used in the one transaction for the full amount and are valid for 30 days.

•A return credit can be used to purchase an item of a greater amount providing the balance and postage is paid on ordering

•All postage cost in relation to the exchange will be at the customers expense.

•All items must be in a salable condition with original packaging and still sealed.

•The returns must have the original order number with the return.

Please note if the items were on sale or a promotional deal toy2lean can not replace or credit.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Toys2learn will email a confirmation of your order.

If any items can not be supplied for some reason we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Toys2learn reserve the right to refuse or accept any order we receive for any reason, including but not limited to, unavailability of product, failure to pay for order, or error in the price or description of the product.
