What are your Opening Hours?

Toys2Learn is Open 24/7 online. 

If you wish to visit our Retail Store at 511 Portrush Road Glenunga we are open as follows: 

Monday 9am - 5pm

Tuesday 9am - 5pm

Wednesday 9am - 5pm

Thursday 9am - 5pm

Friday 9am - 5pm

Saturday 9am - 5pm

Sunday CLOSED - Family Day

Can I Purchase a Gift Card?

    How Quickly can I expect my order?

    Our packing room is shipping same day if ordered before 10 a.m where possible. That means you can be ensured that once your order is placed we endeavour to have it out in the post to you within 24 - 48 hrs (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays.) If we ever have a problem fulfilling your order we always like to give you a call or email so as we can fix any issues promptly so please ensure all your contact details are accurate.     Can I Pick Up my order?

    Yes.

    If you live in Adelaide you can collect your parcel at our store anytime we are open. Simply choose the pick up option at check out.

    We can have your gift wrapped and ready to go.

    If it is urgent please give us a ring on 8333 1054 and we will arrange for it to be ready for you.

    Please advise us when checking out that you will collect the parcel. 

    Can I purchase from Overseas?

    Yes, you can purchase from overseas but only for deliveries in Australia

    We welcome overseas orders. This is the perfect way for friends and family to purchase gifts from overseas without the extra cost of overseas postage.

    You can order your items, have them wrapped, choose a card from our range with your message hand written and have it all posted off.

    Do you recycle Packaging?

    We try to recycle packaging and boxes where possible. We reuse shipping cartons and source cartons when we can.

    How will my order come?

    We use Australia Post for all our parcels. We bubble wrap all our orders and pack with care.

    All parcels will have full tracking and require a signature on collection.

    You can track your item via  the Australia Post website.

    If no one is at home on delivery the parcel can be collected at your local post office.

    What are my ordering Options?

    Online is the quickest and most efficient way to order you items. We also welcome Telephone Orders and Email Orders.

    If we are busy packing or with other customers please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

    Please note email orders to be sent to sales@toys2learn.com.au, an invoice will be sent and once payment had been received your order will be processed. 

    Alternatively, if you are unsure on products or need assistance in choosing the right gift we welcome you to contact us.

    What Payment Options are available?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay and ZipPay for online payments.

    You can also choose direct bank deposit and orders will be released when the payment is received. Banking Details as Below:

    Can I cancel my order?

    When cancelling an order a minimum charge of $5.00 will occur to cover handling and banking fees. If the order has been posted you will be required to return the item as per usual procedure and pay all postage costs back and original postage cost to send to you.

    Do you store Credit Card Details?

    While we need your credit card details to process your order, we do not store them once the order has been placed. This is in line with Australian Banking Policies and Procedures and in line with PCI guidelines.

    Is your site encrypted?

    We encrypt our order pages (where you tell us your Credit Card details) with 128 bit SSL encryption - the highest available. This ensure that your data remain safe and secure.
