Do you insure your parcels?

Yes.

If you would like your items insured we can arrange it for a small extra fee of $2.00 per order. This will cover the items for loss or damage in the post. In the event your parcel is lost or items damages we will replace them with no extra cost for postage.

In the event the items are not available we will email and offer full refund including postage or a credit to your account.

We can not be held responsible if your parcel is delayed through the courier.

Can I Pick Up my order?

Yes.

If you live in Adelaide you can collect your parcel at our store anytime we are open.

We can have your gift wrapped and ready to go. If it is urgent please give us a ring on 8333 1054 and we will arrange for it to be ready for you.

Please advise us when checking out that you will collect the parcel. Note we can not post once you have arranged collection.

Can I purchase from Overseas?

Yes, you can purchase from overseas but only for deliveries in Australia

We welcome overseas orders. This is the perfect way for friends and family to purchase gifts from overseas without the extra cost of overseas postage.

You can order your items, have them wrapped, choose a card from our range with your message hand written and have it all posted off.

Can we have parcels sent Express?

Yes.

We can use 3kg express bags with a charge of $12.95 or 5 kg express bags with a charge of $19.95.

If you require this service please email and enquire before ordering.

Do you recycle Packaging?

We try to recycle packaging and boxes where possible. We reuse shipping cartons and source cartons when we can.

A Toys2learn gift voucher is your answer.

A Toys2learn gift voucher comes in a lovely envelope and can be posted to you or sent directly to the lucky person. Why not add a card with your message written inside.

Toys2learn vouchers will be sent registered post so you can be sure they are received by the right person. Vouchers over $100.00 are posted free. Under $100.00 there is a $3.00 charge to cover the registration.

  • Toys2learn gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash
  • Vouchers expire 180 days from purchase
  • Change can not be given for vouchers
  • No compensation will be given for lost, damage or out dated vouchers
  • Vouchers are not transferable
  • Vouchers can be used to purchase items of a higher value when difference is paid at the checkout.

Gift Wrapping

Toys2learn provide a free gift wrapping service.

If you would like your purchases gift wrapped please choose gift wrapping on your order. We can add a Toys2learn gift tag free of charge or you can choose a lovely card from our gift card section. If you wish toys2lean can complete a message on the card if the parcel is being sent directly to the recipient or include it with your order for you to complete.

How long will it take for my Order to arrive?

We are based in metropolitan Adelaide and parcels ordered before 9.00am we will endeavor to post the same day.

With all parcels posted 24-48 hours  9.am cut off (from order receipt and full payment received) this excludes weekends and public holidays.

The following are estimates for delivery time from dispatch to receipt during normal periods.

ADELAIDE METRO 5000-5100 next business day

SA COUNTRY - 2 days

SYDNEY - 3 days

MELBOURNE - 3 days

BRISBANE  - 3 days

HOBART - 4-5 days

PERTH - 4-5 days

VIC, NSW, QLD, NT, WA, TAS, country -  4-7days

How much does Postage Cost?

We have free postage anywhere in Australia for orders over $125.00

Orders under $125.00 are just a flat fee of $9.95 per order.

This is not per item.

How will my order come?

We use Australia Post for all our parcels.

All parcels will have full tracking and require a signature on collection.

You can track your item on the Australia Post.

If no one is at home on delivery the parcel can be collected at your local post office.

What are my Ordering Options?

Online is the quickest and most efficient way to order you items.

We accept Visa , MC for online payments.

You can also EFT and orders will be released when the payment is received.

Payment can be EFT or money order.

For Phone orders you can telephone us during business hours Monday to Friday. If we are busy packing or with other customers please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST

Can I cancel my order?

When cancelling an order a minimum charge of $10.00 will occur to cover handling and banking fees. If the order has been posted you will be required to return the item as per usual procedure and pay all postage costs back and original postage cost to send to you.

Do you store Credit Card Details?

While we need your credit card details to process your order, we do not store them once the order has been placed. This is in line with Australian Banking Policies and Procedures and in line with PCI guidelines.

Is your site encrypted?

We encrypt our order pages (where you tell us your Credit Card detials) with 128 bit SSL encryption - the highest available. This ensure that your data remain safe and secure.
